                     The Dupont Murder Case 
  
The Dupont Murder case began on July the 31st, when I was hired by 
one Angelique Dupont after her son's brutally murdered body was 
discovered in the Seine by a passing cyclist. The police were 
unable to assertain the cause of death, and she came to me for 
help. She lives on the Avenue Lecendre, near the site of a very 
old church that is rumoured to have mysterious and unnamable 
creatures living deep in the crypt. The church is closed up now 
and demolished, but the crypt is supposed to still be there, 
underground and sealed up. I began my investigation by visiting 
the woman, but she had vanished. No-one had seen her since she 
first visited me. Tonight I propose to make an investigation of 
the church site, and write a report of this in the morning.
